Washing machine, This term mostly related to machines that use water to make something  neat and clean normally detergent or any chemical thing cause better reaction with water to provide better result for the washing purpose.

It is not too hard to catch your interest in washing machinery if you are even somehow associated with construction and mining industry because crushing, washing; mixing and grinding stage is very much required for making building materials useable. Structure features:
Sand washing machine consists of a gear, classifier, screen, sedimentation container, rotor, belt-wheel, motor and other important components, Characterized by high degree of clearness, rational structure, big capacity, low power consumption, less sand corrosion, and the structure is uncomplicated, so maintenance is handy.

Working principle:
When washing sand machine starts, a motor push triangular belt so gear reducer drives the impeller to rotate slowly. Unwashed sand and gravel are thrown into the washing trough the feeding tank then rolling and grinding with each other to get rid of impurities roofed on gravel surface, at the same time, adding water to form a strong flow is required timely to wash impurity of sand. In the last stage, Dirt free gravels are passed away by the leaves and lastly poured from rotary motion of the impeller into the discharge tube, which completes sand clean-up process.
