As I have told you guys a bit about me, I am a professional
Account Manager and looking after a client from construction and mining
industry, whose company is a big name as Stone crushing equipments manufacturers and as ball mill manufacturer. Having duties of an Account or accounts manager is very much important
for a company that have accounts providing good business. Assigning dedicated
resource to those clients is a motivational factor for long term corporate
relations and mutual benefits.
An account manager is an individual in a business who
is in charge for the execution of the sales and association with particular client.
They are generally allocated specific customer accounts, specially, key accounts of the most revenue. The
task of an account manager fluctuates depending on the category of the business.
Some professionals forget about something very much
important along with typical job responsibilities; An Account manager should
talk, discuss and analyze about the business of the client no matter nature of the
customer’s business background is not familiar to them.
