Now thing comes, how to deal with your boss with bossy attitude who will nudge you for having targets completed & In this situation using “We” is very much important while conversation with boss instead of “I” and try to let your boss think why you say “We” instead of “I” especially when he come to you and ask you for the target completion, One day your boss will surely ask you “why you use “We” under this circumstance? Do say “You become my Leader when you ask about the task and according to Leadership there is only “We” not I, you and me.
